NAPOLEON’S EXILE IN PARADISE
IT AIN’T THAT BAD
Drunk on power, Napoleon almost achieved his goal of European domination, but he got himself exiled to the Mediterranean island of Elba. He took 600 of his closest mates and his favourite horse, Marengo, with him. He stayed for 300 days.
OUR EXILE AT HOME!
Whilst we may not be exiled on the Mediterranean island of Elba, we wanted to remind you that IT AIN’T THAT BAD!
As of Friday 20th of March, Bar Elba, following government guidelines, has had to close the front doors indefinitely. At this stage we don’t know how long this will be for, but are crossing our fingers that we’ll be sipping on Aperol Spritz’s in no time.
Not one to shy away from a party, we are of course still taking bookings for future dates, and cannot wait to raise a glass with you when the doors re-open. We will continue to monitor things very closely and will be sure to let you know when we’ll be re-opening. Keep an eye on our Social Media accounts, there will still be plenty going on to keep you entertained and informed.
We are currently in the process of contacting all bookings that are scheduled over the next few weeks to look to see if we can rearrange for you. If you have an existing booking with us and haven’t heard from us yet, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re all stuck at home too and would love a chat.
Lots of Love, from all at Elba xxx
